Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your relationship with Best of the Best Consultants LLC, a Mississippi-registered consulting firm (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, the Client (“you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services Best of the Best Consultants LLC provides freight and logistics consulting, business formation assistance, compliance guidance, brokerage and dispatcher training, operational setup services, and related support. All services are tailored to the unique needs of each client and are clearly defined in advance through verbal, written, or invoice-based agreements.
2. Payment Terms All services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work. Submission of payment constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Accepted forms of payment include electronic methods approved by the Company. Chargebacks or payment reversals are strictly prohibited and constitute breach of contract.
3. No Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. By submitting payment, the Client expressly agrees that: Services are customized, time-sensitive, and knowledge-based. Work begins immediately upon payment and is non-reversible.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to: Dissatisfaction with services or results Incomplete usage or failure to follow through Miscommunications or delays Third-party processing issues (e.g., FMCSA, insurance) Personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, or business pivots No partial refunds, credits, substitutions, or service transfers will be provided.
Chargeback attempts through any payment processor will be considered breach of contract and may result in collections, legal action, and permanent service suspension. Refund requests—verbal or written—will not be acknowledged once payment is submitted.
4. Client Conduct We maintain a professional, respectful working environment for all clients and staff. If a client becomes aggressive, belligerent, disrespectful, or hostile in any manner (verbally, in writing, or otherwise), the Company reserves the right to terminate the relationship immediately.
